When you submit the repair booking form, we may collect your name, phone number, device brand, model, repair issue, preferred visit date, area and message. Basic technical data such as the submission time and IP address may be recorded for security and spam prevention.

Information is used to respond to repair enquiries, confirm service availability, arrange visits, provide estimates after inspection and maintain basic enquiry records.
Storage and access
Form submissions may be stored on the website server in a protected file and may optionally be delivered by email when configured. Access should be limited to authorised AIFONE Care personnel and the website administrator.
Sharing
We do not sell repair-enquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary for website hosting, communication, legal compliance or the requested service.
Data retention
Enquiry information should be retained only as long as reasonably required for customer service, record keeping and legal obligations. The website administrator should periodically review and securely remove old records.
Third-party services
The website may link to or embed services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You may contact AIFONE Care to request correction or deletion of enquiry information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
